It is well-known fact that human body is 70% water, and scientists explain that by drinking sufficient amount of water on daily basis you will improve the process of digestion, nutrient absorption as well as the circulation.

The Water Diet Menu

  • Breakfast

1 glass of water, tea or freshly squeezed juice (combination of several types of fruit);

  • Lunch

Drink 1 glass of water before your lunch and after the lunch drink a cup of tea.

What to eat for lunch? You can eat raw vegetables (the amount is not limited) and you can ad vinegar, oil, lemon and spices dressing. It is advisable to consume carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, lettuce, onions, corn and artichokes;

  • Snack

1 glass of water, tea or juice + 1 glass of milk or yogurt / 30 grams cheese or a piece of fruit

  • Dinner

Drink 1 glass of water before your dinner and a cup of tea after the dinner.

For dinner you can eat 100 grams of chicken / meal meat or 150 grams of hake / 1 boiled egg in combination with vegetables and fruits.
