- Lunch: 1 tomato, a piece of toast, 125 gr. of cottage cheese
- Dinner: the same as in the previous day
- Lunch: 1 tomato, a piece of toast, 200 gr. of cooked meat or fish
- Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked carrots, potatoes and peas
Notes: you should cook the vegetables without using a salt. After the 5-day period you should make 2-day break.
Alcohol is strictly forbidden during the period you follow this diet.
