How to Detox Your Body Through Your Feet?

3. Clay Detox Bath

Ingredients:

  • Essential oils (depending on your taste)
  • Bentonite clay – 1/2 cup
  • Epsom salt – 1/2 cup

Just put the Epsom salt and the essential oils in hot water and leave them to dissolve. Use small amounts of water to mix the clay. It is very important you do not use metal while you do this step. Afterwards, just add the clay in the hot tub and soak for 20 minutes. The bath will help you increase the magnesium levels and it will detoxify your body at the same time.
